Old School RuneScape is currently here on mobile, which big online shop means a whole lot of new players are connecting. Enter the manor and scale up the stairs which you locate, head west and you will find an old man named Professor Oddenstein.

Mix them together, then head towards the fountain outside of the manor, and pour the poisoned fish into the water. There you will discover that there was a ton of piranha in the marketplace.
